1. About this Site and the Company

2. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Site — including subscribing to our newsletter — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Site.

3. Eligibility

The Site is intended for adults. By using the Site or subscribing to our newsletter, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Spanish law. The Site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

4. Permitted Use and Prohibited Conduct

You may view and use the Site for lawful, personal, and informational purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable law or regulation;
• Scrape, harvest, or otherwise collect data from the Site by automated means beyond reasonable, robots.txt-compliant indexing;

5. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, layout, design, logos, and the “desplega” name and marks — are owned by or licensed to Desplega Labs, S.L. and are protected by Spanish, European Union, and international intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Site for your personal use. No other rights are granted.

Our sister projects and open-source software (including desplega.ai, agent-swarm, qa-use, and agent-fs) are released under their own respective licenses. Those licenses — not these Terms — govern your use of that software and source code.

6. Newsletter

The Site offers an optional, opt-in email newsletter. We collect your email address only when you submit it through the subscribe form, on the lawful basis of your consent. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every email, or by writing to contact@desplega.sh. How we process your email and other data is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Third-Party Links

The Site links to our sister sites (desplega.ai, agent-swarm.dev, qa-use.dev, agent-fs.dev) and to other external resources. These third-party sites and resources are not under our control. We provide these links for convenience only; their inclusion does not imply endorsement, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, terms, or privacy practices. Your use of any third-party site is governed by that site’s own terms and policies.

8. No Warranties

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we make no warranties or representations of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding the Site, including that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or that any content is accurate or complete. This section is without prejudice to any mandatory rights you may have as a consumer under Spanish or EU law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Desplega Labs, S.L. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, nor for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud (dolo), willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory Spanish or EU law — including the consumer-protection rules of Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona, Spain — without prejudice to any mandatory right a consumer may have to bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence.

Our processing of personal data through the Site complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Spanish Data Protection Act (LOPDGDD), the LSSI (Law 34/2002), and the ePrivacy Directive, and is described in our Privacy Policy. The Spanish supervisory authority is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), www.aepd.es.
